I lead the development of reliable software for data science, bringing together statistics, programming and open-source collaboration.
I am an Associate Director in Tools & Standards at UCB, where I lead a team working with R, Python and SAS. My role combines technical leadership and product ownership with hands-on development and responsible use of AI.
Previously, I contributed to Roche’s open-source ecosystem and built data science pipelines at Allegro. I hold a PhD in Economics from the University of Warsaw, where I researched statistical methods and machine learning for longitudinal labour-market analysis.
